Gen.1 Chapter 7

As Candi Floss started to realise that her four children were starting to grow up very rapidly, she decided it would be best to find a new place to live which was bigger and also more family friendly.

Marshmellow didn't want to return home after school that day, so he decided to stay outside, on his own, and do his homework. He just couldn't believe how his own mother would start dating his half-brother.

It wasn't long before the family had packed up all their belongings and were driving in a taxi to their new home.

Ladies and Gentleman.. The new Flamingo household!

The family even have their own graveyard around the back so that lost relatives are never too far away from home. (I will get some better pictures in daylight I promise!)

Not long after unpacking all their belongings and settling in, Marshmellow and Fuschia decided to play a game of chess. I think Fuschia forgot her brother was a genius though!

Carnation decided to hang around in the new family living area and watch television. To her, it seemed like Christmas because the family had never owned a television before.

At least it's keeping her quiet.

Blossom decided she wanted to spend a little "alone" time in the new dining area. I thought Marshmellow was the loner in the family? Or are you secretly a loner Blossom?

From previous chapters, we all know how crazy the legacy founder is. She's that crazy, she decided that she wanted to learn some athletic skill.. Yeah, everyone wants to do that at 12am don't they?

Hello stranger! I didn't realise that Kurt had entered the house. At least he's settling in too!

Kurt decided to have a little cat nap in the girls bedroom.. I'm sure they won't mind. 

Wasn't long before Kurt decided to join the rest of the family downstairs. He even spent some time with his girls Blossom and Carnation as they watched the television.

Candi Floss wanted to show Marshmellow how good she was at the guitar. She hadn't played the guitar since Kurt had died. 

When Marshmellow retired to bed, Candi Floss then realised there was a ghost in the living room. Seen as she is a coward, she fainted. What a nice way to greet your dead husband...

Next morning, Candi Floss prepared the first family meal in the new family kitchen. Fuschia was still over-whelmed about the new house.

Once all the Flamingo kids had set off for school, Candi Floss decided to invite a friend over to show off her new humble abode.

Guessing that Candi Floss decided to invite Tom over for some "alone" time. Candi Floss tried to greet him with a friendly hug and he rejected it... Tom, you're supposed to be her boyfriend..

Candi Floss was very upset about Tom's rejection and started to point out his flaws.. Probably not the best thing to do!

After an hour or two arguing, Tom left. However, that didn't stop Candi Floss inviting over another friend.

Everybody meet Dallas Shallow. Yup, Tom's son. Candi Floss likes to keep it in the family.
Now they were already good friends from when Kurt had thrown Tom a party at the old house, but Candi Floss had more in mind.

It appeared to be working until..

REJECTION!
Poor Candi Floss.. Maybe trying to get with guys in the same family isn't your thing.

As she was walking on thin ice with Dallas, she decided to be conversational and ask him what his sign was.

It wasn't long before they were happily holding hands again.

But it seemed like Dallas didn't really want to have anything to do with Candi Floss.. He rejected her kiss again.

Talking about romance, Marshmellow brought a friend home for School..

I don't like her dress sense, but her genes are pretty alright.. So Marshmellow decided to find out whether she was the right girl for him.

Turns out Marshmellow's friend was also single (Sorry! Forgot to write her name down!) Seemed to Marshmellow's lucky day.

Until..

He was also rejected.
It seems that the Flamingos arn't very lucky in love.

After all the guests left, Candi Floss decided to cook Sushi..

Only she forgot that her son was vegeterian.. Poor Marshmellow.

Candi Floss wanted to register herself as self-employed in art, so that night she got on the family computer and sorted it all out online..

Where you off to? "City hall." What!? At 3am!?

Next day, Candi Floss invited over Skip Broke. Third time lucky hopefully?

All the men that Candi Floss tries to hit on are all taken, yet that never stops her. She's going to be the most hated woman in Riverview soon!

Despite having a girlfriend, Skip still flirted and played along with Candi Floss... Eeesh these men are horrible, I feel sorry for their girlfriends.

Turns out that Skip was really into cooking just like Candi Floss so they had a little natter about that and shared some cooking tips with one another.

Everything was looking really good between Candi Floss and Skip until..

He rejected her. Just like every other man.

Then Tom showed up..

Did I mention Candi Floss broke up with him?

They are no longer friends. I'm glad. He wasn't right in the head anyway.
